Appointed to manage procurement of a developer to provide a new state of the art purpose built 85,000sqft UK HQ for Karcher.
BWF also provided detailed cost planning advice for Karcher prior to Developer selection and undertook the monitoring role for Karcher during the selection and delivery process.
The scheme was constructed with high green credentials with an anticipated 44% of its annual electricity consumption provided by almost 1000 solar panels.
