A two storey new build spa facility of approximately 18,887 square feet (1,781m2) gross internal floor area including swimming pools, male and female changing, locker and shower rooms, spa treatment rooms, relaxation, meditation and reception lounges and gym and fitness studios complete with basement plant rooms.

The project included the delivery of new accommodation within existing listed buildings including a beauty salon and couples treatment room of approximately 1,071 square feet (101m2) gross internal floor area, a ‘brasserie’ type restaurant with lounge bar, private dining area, production kitchen and stores formed at ground floor together with ancillary offices and staff facilities at first floor level with a total gross internal floor area of approximately 6,373 square feet (601m2) and a new build single storey extension to provide a new dining area for the brasserie.
