BWF has been involved in the re-development of the White Rose Office Park for many years. The work has comprised new buildings, refurbishments, infrastructure, extensive landscaping, car parking, hospitality (health club) and retail offerings providing accommodation for businesses including Inland Revenue, DePuy International, West Yorkshire Administration Department, O2, HSBC and WSP.

Latest project includes the provision of a train station.
